INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

  • MACHINERIES

    1. Spray with DISOL-ECO on the area to be cleaned until completely covered. If there are agglomerations of grease with dust, a brush can be used to help loosen the affected area.

    2. Let the product act for 10 minutes. You will immediately see how the grease and oil drain away.

    3. A pressure washer (hydrojet) is recommended.

    4. The waste generated can go to wastewater systems, as it is free of hydrocarbons. If there is a grease trap, the water with the waste will act inside the trap, causing a degradation of the grease and oils inside.

    5. In places with solid hydrocarbons it is advisable to use the product and let it act for two hours using a brush and then use pressurized water (hydrojet).

    6. Water serves as a catalyst for the dissociation process to occur, or the decomposition effect of the HC molecule.

  • FAUNA & FLORA

    1. Remove as much oil as possible from the animal or vegetation.

    2. Waste attached to the animal or vegetation must be sprayed with DISOL-ECO until the impacted area is covered. Take precautions to avoid spraying into the eyes or respiratory tract of an animal.

    3. Let the product act for 5 minutes. If dense clumps of oil remain, a stiff bristle brush can be used.

    4. Wash with plenty of water and ideally apply pressure, but always considering the safety of the animal. After using water, the oil will completely degrade and lose its properties immediately.

    5. DISOL-ECO is harmless, but it is recommended that animals from which the oil has been removed be monitored by a veterinarian or other competent body.

  • HARD SURFACES (METALS, CONCRETE)

    1. Contain and recover as much HC’s as possible.

    2. Spray or spread DISOL-ECO until the contaminated or impacted surface is completely covered.

    3. Let DISOL-ECO act for 5 min. over the impacted area.

    4. Scrub with a stiff bristle brush or broom.

  • SPILL CONTROL ON WATER

1 . Contain and recover as much HC's as possible.

    2. Spray or spread DISOL-ECO on the Hydrocarbon stain to degrade it at a molecular level, through a hydrolysis process. This process immediately transforms HC’s into harmless compounds for people and the environment.

    3. In case of stagnant water it is important to create agitation in the water.

  • SPILL CONTROL ON SOIL

    1. Contain and recover as much HC's as possible.

    2. Spray or spread DISOL-ECO until the contaminated or impacted part of the soil is completely covered.

    3. Let it penetrate and wait 30 minutes for the product to act on the impacted area.

    4. Add abundant water to the area to activate the hydrolysis process and degrade the HC’s at a molecular level.
